This CPD course is about managing your personal resources (particularly knowledge, understanding, skills experience and time) and your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals. You need to understand your work role and how it fits into the overall vision and objectives of your organisation, whilst also understanding what is driving you in terms of your values and your career and wider personal aspirations.

- Developing an effective professional development plan
- The range of different learning styles and how to identify which style works best for you
- Monitoring the quality of your work and progress against requirements and plans
- Review your performance against your job responsibilities
- Gather good sources of feedback and evaluate your performance
On successfully completing each CPD module you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also receive a transcript outlining the CPD course title and hours undertaken to complete the course, topics covered, the course summary objectives and details of the assessment undertaken (where relevant).
